The heart of house communities is we want people to walk alongside people by listening, learning, and serving them. Through house communities we build relationships, and give opportunities to accept the ‘invitation’ to build friendship with us and the Father.
“It’s not good for a man to be alone” is as true today as when God first said it //Genesis 2:18//. Believing, “The Kingdom of God is built on relationships,” men’s community seeks to facilitate the development of relationships between men in which discipleship will occur organically. We do this through small groups that meet weekly, a monthly community breakfast, and various social activities. A man’s chance of getting victory in life’s battles is greatly enhanced when he has allies.
Women's Community is rooted in the love of God and dedicated to personal freedom. Daughters of God find this freedom through transformation in His presence. We invite women of all ages to come experience authentic community with sisters who walk together into victory. We pray together, laugh together, weep together, and ultimately grow together. It is a place to be heard, to belong, and to be loved. We look forward to meeting you.
Because He bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!//psalm 116:2 nlt//The goal of prayer culture is to be a praying church that is spiritually-led. We are dedicated to to daily prayer for our own spiritual growth, as well as that of the congregation, community, and the world. In thirty minute increments we pray with purpose, passion, and consistency for the ministries and each person that make upthe refuge.
Welcome to mission: children where we are passionate about God's heart. . . His children!!! We are committed to teaching biblical truths, while allowing room for the Holy Spirit to transform precious hearts. We desire to partner with parents to empower families to impact our world for Christ. As a ministry, we want to love people well, equip individuals to walk in the works God has already prepared for them, and release His sons + daughters to confidently lead others, and preach the gospel to all nations.
