Connect Coaching is community of men + women walking alongside individuals/families in a creative, curious, and non-judgmental way. Our desire is to make clear the invitation to Community & Partnership at the Refuge. We want you to feel seen, heard, and valued!
The goal of the host teams are to help set the atmosphere for every individual that walks through our doors. We do this practically and spiritually. We set up our building physically, by making sure all of our signage is ready to help insure that our building is easy to find, and easy to navigate. We make sure that individuals feel welcome by filling our building with smiles, and hey hi hellos, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee. We prepare the atmosphere spiritually by praying together and individually over every area of our building each week, and being ready to pray for anyone who walks through the door. All you need to impact the current generation is you and Jesus. Jesus tells us that the greatest commandment is to love our GOD with all our heart, all our soul, and all our mind. Then He continues with the second greatest commandment to love your neighbour as yourself! (Matthew 22:34-40) Luke 4:18 promises that you have been anointed and commissioned to preach the good news. Jesus has commanded and called you to such a time as this. We look forward to sharing this amazing adventure with you as we lead this current generation to the King of Kings!
The production//visual arts teams partner with each other to help prepare an atmosphere that lets the current generation, and the creatives among us know that they are celebrated at the refuge. Through the different mediums of expression we worship, and empower others to worship God. We want to celebrate each individual, and foster an environment that allows people to discover what drives them, and foster growth in those passions.
